The company
Our client a leading public sector, a long armed body of the Northern Ireland Civil Service are recruiting for an Administrative Officer within the Governance and Performance branch.
You will be joining an eclectic team made up of scientists researchers business executives and people like you who are consummate professionals providing accurate and timely admin support.
The Role
You will be based in the salubrious residential area of South Belfast with easy access to public transport and the added benefit of lunch time walks through the picturesque riverside of Malone.
There are vending machines, comfy chill out areas and an airy dining area with great coffee sandwich vans on site every lunch time.
You will be a key contributor to the smooth running of the Information and Governance Department responding to service desk requests to create, delete and move records, create locations and make changes to access controls in line with the handbook for Content Manager.
You will be the lead for recognising complex or sensitive desk queries, escalate these to more senior colleagues and work with them to resolve.
Importantly you will be the key in supporting the business areas in occasional bulk file migration exercises to the Content Manager system
You will also provide administrative support to other functions of the Information Governance Team
Essential Criteria/ You

2 GCSES IN MATHEMATICS AND ENGLISH OR EQUIVALENT:

EFFECTIVE AND APPROACHABLE PRESENTATION SKILLS:

ABLE TO COMMUNICATE VERBALLY AND IN WRITING IN A PERSUASIVE AND CONFIDENT MANNER

ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT EXPERIENCE WITH AN ELEMENT OF CUSTOMER SUPPORTCOMPETENT IN MSOFFICE INC EXCEL WORD OUTLOOK AND TEAMS
