We are recruiting 3

WTE :

1 ST1-3 and 2.0WTE ST4+ 6 months (with a potential to extend) clinical fellow position within the Emergency Department at Alder Hey.

The department has on target seeing in excess 70,000 attendances this year, with Alder Hey being a designated major trauma centre for paediatrics.

We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic and highly motivated compassionate individual to join our team as a Paediatric Emergency LAS.

This individual will be working as part of the local ED team, as well as the wider hospital team to deliver a high standard of care to all our patients by leading a busy department and team of ED staff.

The department is pushing to drive improvements and initiatives as well as maintaining high standards within the department. As an ED team we continuously strive to achieve an outstanding Emergency department.

As a busy team, we are responsible for the safety of all patients, staff and carers using our service. Developing and nourishing a positive culture is at the heart of all we do in our ED.

This post will be a shift pattern of days and oncalls to ensure that there is Paediatric Emergency Medicine department is safely staffed throughout the day and night.
