Your role within our Lettings department based in Stockport Head Office will be to support the Negotiators to ensure timely lets of a portfolio of properties, with the customer receiving first class service at all times.

You will be responsible for:
- Qualifying leads to ensure suitability of applicants prior to viewings
- Booking viewings and requesting feedback
- Maintaining databases to ensure details are always up to date and accurate
- Ensuring all properties and tenancies meet full legal requirements
