Dunelm are recruiting for a
Full Time Customer Service Advisor for our
Home Delivery Network transport office in Dartford

As this is based in a transport office the environment is busy and fun with lots of opportunities to be involved in all aspects of the customer journey.

You will not only be managing customers needs and supporting their delivery experience but you will also be communicating with drivers and managing reports and stock for the local depot.
