Grad2Teach is a national teacher training programme that aims to train resilient, reflective and reliable teachers who will remain in the profession for years to come.

We have worked in partnership with multiple schools and academy trusts, the CPD associationand Coventry University - The National Institute of Teaching and Education, to build a salaried teacher training programme that is challenging but supportive and marries the perfect blend of vocational training and academic qualifications.


As we enter the next stage of our growth, we are in search of an experienced sales or customer services representative to help us deliver our programme across the United Kingdom.


The role
The role of the Partnerships Coordinator is of vital importance for the company.
The Partnerships Coordinator manages the relationships with our schools and teachers.

The Partnerships Coordinator reports directly to the Director and Course Manager and helps grow our presence nationally. Partnerships Coordinators are expected to show considerable initiative and sensitivity in managing their trainees and partner schools.


About You - Essentials

  • You will have outstanding written and spoken communication skills.
  • Have experience working in Sales, Customer Services or Education.
  • Have the fortitude and resilience required to meet key performance indicators.
  • Have excellent negotiation skills.
  • Relationship management you'll be experienced at building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and able to adapt quickly to new ways of working across teams.
  • Ambitious you will be goal driven and excited at the prospect of building a company from the ground up.
  • Planning and Organising you'll have strong planning and time management skills and be able to effectively manage your own workload. You'll be confident prioritising and allocating work to others.


  • Attention to detail

  • You'll be someone who prides yourself on getting the details right, with experience of managing highvolume workloads, complex data and detailed processes, without compromising on quality.
  • Adaptability you'll be comfortable with working on a project that is still evolving and taking shape; you'll be unphased by processes or ways of working that need changing or improvement, or by moving from task to task to support where the need is greatest.
  • You may have experience using a CRM or ATS.

Nice to Haves

  • You will be wellversed in the UK education system and, specifically, in Teaching and Learning.
  • You will have excellent education experience and a good understanding of the industry and recruitment policies.
  • Successful sales experience in the training or recruitment sector.

Where you will work

  • Although we are particularly interested in applicants from North London or Hertfordshire, Grad2Teach are open to the possibility of appointing an individual to work remotely. We are only able to provide office space for applicants who can commute to ourWhetstone office.
