A respected city based financial services client are seeking to hire an HR Operations Manager on a contract basis
You will be responsible for delivering a first class HR information and reporting service to all internal stakeholders whilst managing the HR operations team.
Day to day you will be responsible for;- Drive HR operational efficiencies.
- Manage all HR reporting activities, plus board reporting.
- Workday headcount reporting.
- Management, training and development of the HR Operations team.
- HRIS relationship management
The successful applicant will have previously worked as a Head of HR Operations / HRSS Management within the financial services sector.
