Our business delivers capacity increase opportunity to the NHS, we "bolt" on as a project partner while building clinical teams to deliver direct patient care.
Overview:
This isn't a sales role, you will have engagement with clients but not with a view to developing business. Instead this role will centre around customer relationship/ account management skill blends.

- Building relationships with clinical experts who are either about to start a new service or are consistent members of existing teams.
- Maintaining weekly rota management ensuring we are on time and accurate with clinical team organisation.
- Working to preagreed deadlines, we need to deliver rotas consistently to deliver for our clients & patients.
- Supporting weekend oncalls our rotas are 7 days a week and
KPI:
health delivers support on each day of patient service.

Competitive Salary
20 days annual leave - increasing annually
Monthly bonus worth up to 15% of salary.
Salary:
£24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
