Salary up to £25, 878 plus generous benefits package

Full time, permanent (37.5 hours per week)

The Civil Nuclear Constabulary (CNC) is an armed police service that's dedicated to the nuclear industry. As Workforce Planning Advisor you will ensure the accuracy of our people data within our systems and records.

As part of this, you'll also assist in providing accurate people data and workforce analysis, to predict and fulfil future workforce requirements - this has a direct impact on our operational Officer deployment, so this is a critical role.

This activity will drive management decision making across the organisation.

You will be highly organised and have a great eye for detail; you own and manage our data relating to people positions and organisational charts.

Not only this, but you'll ensure that all requests involving people management are completed and recorded accurately.


You'll be great with communication as you will support with restructures and ensuring posts are established or de-established and will be the first point of contact.

This role will require robust governance to ensure the effective management of posts, which will be reported on quarterly.

This role is key to the organisation, so you will interact and collaborate with all areas and levels of the organisation.


This role has been assessed as suitable for home working and is likely to be a 40% / 60% split of Office and Home Working.
