SENIOR IMPAIRMENT MANAGER

£96, % BONUS

LONDON
An established tech company is currently hiring for a Senior Impairment Manager. This role will work closely with other teams in the business to ensure the impairment processes are running smoothly. This role will also be leading a team of 2 analysts.

THE COMPANY
This FinTech company is based in London.

They are a responsible lender with their focus being on customer well-being which has allowed them to grow and become very successful.

They have a few offices in the UK and have a hybrid working from home and officesystem providing great flexibility for its workers.

THE ROLE
The role is a Senior Impairment Manager position which will involve leading variety of analytical projects.

You can expect to be involved in the following day to day:

Lead a team of 2 analysts
Take ownership of the modelling methodology for the whole bank's IFRS9 processes
Lead the impairment governance processes
Lead the team and get involved with some hands on in validation of IFRS9 models
Provide some audit support

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Strong impairment knowledge
Some experience having modelling or validated an impairment model (IRB would be ok)
Experience working with Impairment or Basel regulations
Strong SAS or Python skills

SALARY AND BENEFITS
- £96,000 base salary
