Certification Compliance Coordinator

Role Overview:

The postholder will compile customer certification dossiers to assure traceability of product materials including compliance support for customer inspections.


Your objectives and responsibilities will focus on

  • Liaising with supply chain for timely resolution of certification traceability risks in support of customer service
  • Ensuring that effective control processes needed for customer certification services are established, implemented and maintained as defined in the QMS. This includes developing contact networks, methods of communication, notification of impending visits and timely transmittal of documentation dossiers
  • Coordination, compilation and authorising certification dossiers for product traceability
  • Coordinating and supporting customer inspection visits in association with business partners
  • Customer certification query triage and resolution
  • Acting as a Product Lifecyle Management (PLM) certification workspace super user
  • Compiling and reporting of customer certification performance statistics

Your previous experience is likely to include.

  • Growing a sound level of product knowledge, including quality requirements
  • Understanding of product legislative traceability requirements
  • Working within a quality or audit role

To be successful in this role you will

  • Be a certified internal auditor (QMS)
  • Possess indepth knowledge of EN10204 material certification requirements
  • Demonstrate excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Work with accuracy and a keen eye for detail
  • Work within Company Core Values at all times
