Customer Service Administrator - Part Time

Location:
Sevenoaks


Contract:
Permanent, 15 hours per week


Salary:
£9,000 per annum (£22,500 Full Time Equivalent)


Shift Times:
Shift rotation between the hours of 8.00am and 8.00pm

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual with a keen eye for detail to join our Sevenoaks Medical Centre as a Customer Service Administrator.


Our Sevenoaks Medical Centre team consists of Nurses, Care Support Workers, Radiographers, Physical Therapists and administrators to provide outpatient and diagnostic services to the local community across to a full range of clinical specialties, including orthopaedics, dermatology, urology, gynaecology, gastroenterology and more.


As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Centre in multiple departments including Front of House, Outpatients and Imaging.


You will be a strong and efficient administrator who is completely patient focussed, with a desire to contribute to the delivery of healthcare at its very best.

This role is ideal for someone who has worked front of house in a high-end hospitality or retail environment. Experience in a health care setting is advantageous but not essential.


Role Responsibilities include:


  • Welcome all patients, visitors, consultants and staff to the centre
  • To provide an administration service to all departments
  • Responsible for the appropriate management of patient appointments
  • Ensure accurate records are kept at all times in line with GDPR

Person Specification:


  • Educated to GCSE standard including Maths and English grade 4 or Equivalent
  • Positive and friendly in their approach to patient care
  • Experienced customer service role
  • Flexible in their approach to work
  • Able to work both autonomously and part of a team
