Stevenson Bros (Avonbridge) Ltd operate a fleet of large articulated vehicles with tipper, chip liner curtain-sider and walking floor trailer combinations to move our customers' goods within the UK.
Whilst most of our fleet is operated from Central Scotland, to provide a prompt and efficient service to our customers, additional vehicles are strategically based around Scotland.
We are currently looking to recruit a reliable and hardworking Service Administrator to join our workshop team at Avonbridge.The successful applicant must possess the following attributes:
- recent experience working in an HGV Fleet environment
- excellent administration/ organisational skills
- confident in computer software (MS outlook, word, excel, teams/ Adobe acrobat/ Dropbox)
- Hands on team worker
- Positive "cando" attitude
- Meticulous attention to detail
What you would do on a typical day:
You would support/ monitor our workshop team with servicing schedules, defect reporting/ repairing, servicing, retorques and MOTs. As well as order parts, supply order numbers and authorise invoices for payment.
As the primary workshop contact for our transport team, you will plan/ schedule our vehicle/ trailer servicing and MOTs in advance.
Days of work:
Monday - Friday
Hours of work: 8am - 6pm
