Grade E DDSL - salary shown is pro-rata for 39 weeks per year (additional on-call hours to be considered)

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated colleague to hold the important role of DDSL at Matford Brook Academy.

With the highest of aspirations for our pupils, this colleague recognises and works to challenge potential barriers that our children might face and responds effectively to concerns.

You work with a variety of stakeholder groups, including pupils, colleagues, families and wider agencies, and will need to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to build relationships well.

This role is all-through, working with our primary and secondary.

Prior experience does not need to have been within a specific phase and we will support the successful colleague, if required, to build confidence with the other phase.

Working within our Trust of schools, you will benefit from being part of our networks, including safeguarding network, with an established and extensive support offer for DDSLs within our schools.

Pay:
£23,913.00-£26,512.00 per year
