The client is a recognised world leader in cybersecurity training, certification, and research.

They deliver top-level, practical training in every topical area of cybersecurity, including Cyber Defence, Digital Forensics & Incident Response, PenetrationTesting & Ethical Hacking, Software Security, Industrial Control Systems, and Security Management.


With more than 40,000 cybersecurity professionals completing training each year, and more than 300,000 industry and government professionals, they rely on up-to-date news, research, and information delivered via the client's website, newsletters, webcasts,whitepapers, and blogs.


They are now looking to hire a
Marketing Programme Manager for their Program's department, which help veterans of the sector rediscover their potential in the cyber security industry.


As Marketing Programme Manager, you will be responsible for building marketing strategies and creating collateral for awareness campaigns across the development program.


You will use your knowledge to develop program proposal strategies, coordinate several programs that run simultaneously and develop recruitment campaigns for these programs.


In addition, the successful applicant will also work closely with the programme team throughout the monitoring and evaluation phases to document campaign effectiveness and value for money; collaborating with the regional Field Marketers and the wider marketingteam.

You will be the dedicated resource to manage multiple marketing campaigns.

This is a full time permanent opportunity offering up to £40k basic salary plus hybrid working, at least 3 days in office, 2 days WFH (Office based in Swansea)

Responsibilities

  • Collaboration with the Marketing team of regional/national partners (for example, government)
  • Collaboration with both internal and external marketing resources or other teams involved in the overall programme
  • Monitor, oversee and assist any collateral or messaging created by internal/external resources.
  • Ensure the programme marketing plan is maintained, reflects expenditure and is incorporated and aligned to the broader project plan.
  • Discover and engage with media & new possible partners that help build the programmes' opportunity, reach and impact.

The Person

  • General Marketing background
  • Degree level education
  • Ability to manage budgets, timelines, business expectations and marketing objectives successfully.
  • Proven track record of organizing and planning successful programmes.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills as well as presentation skills.
  • Experience/Interest in Cyber Security
  • Desirable.
