Responsibilities:


  • Prepare and send joining instructions
  • Manage online training planner (Dante)
  • Perform a variety of administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office
  • Support internal and external audits (ISO & GWO)
  • Assist in social media managing (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and X)
  • Create and issue quotes as per client requirements
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain office supplies, equipment inventory, uniform and PPE
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using Xero
  • Provide general clerical support such as filing, scanning, and photocopying documents
  • Assist with goods in/goods out process
  • General admin duties as when required by management

Essential Skills:

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Proactive attitude

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with Xero or other accounting software
  • Familiarity with an ISO 9001 Quality Management System
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and X)
  • Familirity with Dante training management system

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
From £12.00 per hour
