We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Operative to join the service team
This role will include
- Reactive & Preventative Maintenance of residential properties
- General handyman duties
- Light carpentry/plumbing/electrical work
- Decorating
- Helping out the projects team on new & refurb properties

Must have:
- Good experience working in residential maintenance
- Carpentry/plumbing/electrical/decoration/handyman experience
- Drivers License
- Own tools & Vehicle
- Ability to work autonomously
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Salary:
£120.00-£150.00 per day
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
