Tdorr Property Maintenance & Contracting, one of London's leading independent property service providers, is expanding its team in Lewisham. We cater to a diverse clientele, including domestic and commercial customers throughout Greater London.

Known for our forward-thinking approach and commitment to excellent customer service, we are seeking a proactive, well-organized, and challenge-driven individual to join our team as a Quotations and Estimates Coordinator.


  • Key Responsibilities: As a Quotations and Estimates Coordinator at Tdorr, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our property maintenance services

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Quotation and Estimate Generation:
  • Compile accurate and detailed quotations and job estimates for both corporate and domestic customers.
  • Efficiently communicate and articulate pricing details to clients via telephone.
  • Customer Liaison
  • Engage with Tdorr's diverse customer base, fostering positive relationships.
  • Address customer inquiries and provide timely and professional responses.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within a property maintenance organization is advantageous. Alternatively, individuals with a background as an experienced tradesperson, especially those transitioning into an office environment, are encouraged to apply.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, is essential. The ability to compose formal quotations with clarity is a key aspect of the role.
  • Team Collaboration: Demonstrate clear, logical thought processes and an understanding of working in a team within a dynamic workplace.

Additional Criteria:

  • Former Tradesperson: This position could be an ideal fit for an experienced former tradesperson looking to transition into an administrative role.
  • Examples of Success: Provide examples of successes in both work (parttime or fulltime) and personal life.
  • Computer Skills: Basic computer skills required, with the ability to learn and navigate the Tdorr CMS system.
  • Remuneration: Tdorr offers competitive rates of pay, along with the opportunity for regular overtime if desired.
