Role:
Property Services Complaints Officer
Location:
Camden - Hybrid
Hours: 35 per week Mon-Fri
Salary:
Up to £32k pa
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Proactively manage your own caseload of complaints.
- Adhere to internal stage 1 complaints processes.
- Liaise with all relevant colleagues across the Property Services department.
- Competently manage aftercare procedures following post complaint response.
- Ensure records are uptodate and accurate at all times.
We are Looking for someone with:
- Experience within the housing/property sector.
- Excellent organisation skills.
- A proven track record of complaints and aftercare handling.
- The ability to work independently, as well as build relationships with stakeholders effectively.
