Junior Sales Assistant - Immediate Start
Our sales department is expanding We look to reward skills and performance with an uncapped incentive. We have weekly get-togethers for company updates and drinks. Monthly team-building activities, quarterly industry conferences, and annual R&R getaways.

Based in Colchester, we are a face-to-face sales and marketing company. We are specialists in our field.

Rather than impersonal digital marketing, we engage customers face to face, we do this via events, trade shows and business-to-business campaigns.

Who We Are Looking For?
Ideal applicants will have experience in a customer-facing role and be confident interacting with people face to face.

The ideal Junior Sales Assistant will be a professional and proactive person who is target driven and thrives on building excellent relationships with customers.

As a Junior Sales Assistant, you'll be a brand ambassador for our clients.

You will value meaningful, honest conversations, which allow customers to make informed choices, and you will pride yourself on ensuring that every interaction is of the highest quality.

Delivering an exceptional customer experience is at the top of our agenda.
