Purpose of Job

Accounts Payable:


  • Dealing with all purchase enquiries through EVERY, the purchasing system, and iFinance, the accounting system.
  • Ensure correct approval is obtained before placing orders for timely delivery at a competitive price.
  • Deal with receipt of the goods and deliver to whomever ordered them.
  • Matching of purchase orders to invoices.
  • Ensure Account Payables input to iFinance is done in a timely and accurate manner. This includes both the capture and scanning of all invoices.
  • Resolution of Account Payable related queries.
  • Assist with term and year end preparation and procedures

Accounts Receivable:


  • Coordinate the sending out of iPay (lunch account) sign in instruction to parents.
  • Deal with any queries relating to iPay login/access and queries on charges to accounts.
  • Capture the weekly lunch sheet for the Junior School in iPay.
