Look no further My client is seeking an exceptional Personal Injury Litigator to join their dynamic team within a niche practice based in Leeds.

My client pride themselves on being at the forefront of personal injury law, delivering outstanding results for their clients.

As a Personal Injury Litigator, you will have the opportunity to handle a diverse caseload, including employer liability and public liability cases.

But that's not all - they delve into more specialised areas of personal injury law, such as military claims and dog-bite claims.

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting both fast track and multi-track litigation, you will work closely with their senior fee earners, assisting them with serious injury cases, including military and other complex claims.

Your expertise and attention to detail will play a crucial role in ensuring their clients receive the justice they deserve.

Requirements:

This role would be suitable for a 2+ year qualified Chartered Legal Executive or an experienced nonqual fee earner or paralegal
At least 2 years' experience handling your own caseload of Claimant personal injury cases
Experience of the Proclaim case management system is desirable
