Description

Compass NI are growing and with growth comes an exciting new opportunity for a Team Leader.

As a Team Leader you will be responsible for implementing set business strategies and supervising our amazing team while ensuring targets are met.

Responsibilities:

Supporting our team in their roles as domiciliary care workers
Monitoring work and checking quality
Assisting management in ensuring safe and effective care
Communicating with service users, their relatives and trust representatives
Recruitment and Induction of new team members
Management of out of hours support rota
Employee engagement

Required skills and experience:

At least 3 year's experience of Domiciliary service provision including hands on care
Achievement of Diploma Level 3 in Health and Social Care
A full UK Driving License and access to a car
Excellent IT skills
A flexible can do approach
The ability to work as a team and of your own initiative
