Each property has assigned room targets which employees must work towards and to successfully revamp properties to liveable standards.

All of our staff have on site support and office support at all times of, working with logistics and materials supplied to them on site.

Although based in Emsworth, our works are carried out around Guildford and neighbouring towns, so we require our staff to travel to different locations depending on the void.

Salary:
£30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
