Our client based in Bletchley are looking for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join their small but busy team.


Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:


  • Dealing with incoming customer queries ensuring first class customer service is provided
  • Handling all sales enquiries
  • Creating quotes/ proposals
  • After sales support to customers
  • Visiting customers onsite
  • Attending trade shoes where required
  • General Administrative duties
  • Warehouse assistance where required

Key Competencies:


  • First Class customer service approach
  • Excellent communication skills both telephone and written skills
  • Ability to work on their own whilst supporting the team
  • Highly motivated individual
  • Electrical wholesale experience would be an advantage
Monday - Thursday 08:30 - 17:00 and Fridays 08:30 - 16:00

23 days holiday plus bank holidays
