Site Manager - EWI Social Housing

Type:
Temp - Permanent

Hourly Rate:
£ Umbrella PAYE


We are currently recruiting for a national contractor they are currently looking for a Site Manager to join their team and assist them in the management and delivery of their decent homes project covering properties in Wolverhampton.


Your main duties will include management of sub-contractors and direct staff, health and safety talks, inspecting works pre and post works, liaising with the client, attending progress meetings and the general delivery of the programme.


About You:


  • At least 3 years' experience working for a main contractor as a Site Manager
  • Social housing and EWI experience
  • Good health and safety
  • SMSTS / CSCS / First Aid / Scaffold Inspection / Asbestos Awareness
