We're on the hunt for a dynamic Head of Finance to join a Senior Leadership team You'll lead the finance and commercial team, partnering with stakeholders to provide proactive advice to achieve company goals.


What you'll do:

  • Develop, implement and monitor financial strategies and policies
  • Ensure financial controls remain appropriate
  • Administer the company's pension scheme
  • Maximize interest receivable and manage cash flows
  • Prepare monthly management accounts and report significant trends
  • Develop policies to guard against fraud
  • Mentor and develop direct reports
  • Contribute effectively to strategy as part of the Senior Management Team

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience as a Head of Finance
  • Relevant professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
  • Strong IT knowledge and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and deliver to strict deadlines
  • Strong influencing skills and ability to explain complex financial data to nonfinance staff
