We are looking for a fantastic Customer Services Executives for a distribution company in between Salisbury and Warminster. Our client is a successful organisation looking for extraordinary people to join their fabulous team. If you're looking for an opportunity to grow and develop in a well-supported and managed team, then this Customer Services Executive vacancy is for you


The Role,

  • Dealing with incoming customer enquiry calls
  • Handling Consumer complaints
  • Processing orders through the database
  • Logging and recording outbound calls
  • Support sales team and up selling where possible

The Person,

  • Exceptional level of Customer Service
  • High standard of written and verbal communication
  • Computer literate, including all Microsoft Office packages
  • Attention to detail
  • Be a problem solver
  • Excellent work ethic
  • 4x GCSE grade 4 & above including Maths & English
  • Have own transport due to the remote location of the office
