We are launching a war on parity in the world of food and flavour and we are giving our partners the weapons to win.

We are looking for an

Senior NPD Technologist who can help us capture the emotion, excitement and stories that live behind great flavour and can help us, bottle it and share it with everyone, everywhere.

The Flava People work closely with our customers to create food and flavour solutions and concepts that are both completely unique in the market but also highly accessible.

Whether it be battling the war on sugar, creating mainstream marinades, creating concepts for the conscious consumer or bottling the street food experience no two days will be the same and the

Senior NPD Technologist will be at centre of it all.


We have an incredibly great team already however we are looking for someone to help support them and guide them.

You will have proven

NPD experience with strong capabilities in the following:

  • Technical knowledge
  • Project management
  • Team Leadership Skills
  • Excellent communication skills ability to listen and
  • Be driven and hungry for innovation & Creativity.
  • Be a able to work in an agile and fast paced environment
  • Be a positive force
  • Retail/FMCG experience
You'll be busy You'll be spotting trends and changing tastes. You'll be responsible for fighting the bland, the boring and the same old, same old. As

Senior NPD Technologist you will be working with and collaborating with the best of the best both internally and externally You will work closely with customers to understand needs and co-create solutions.
