- Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all inquiries and service requests.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and recommend appropriate printing solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to ensure favorable terms for both the client and the company.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including production, design, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of projects and exceed client expectations.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Track sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics, providing regular reports and updates to management.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the printing or related industry.
- Strong understanding of printing processes, products, and technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust with clients.
- Selfmotivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
