We are looking for an ambitious individuals to play a key role within our Multi-Utility Operations team, specifically working with our Major Projects team.


You will be responsible for scheduling work to a relevant team or contractor, whilst obtaining all permit permissions and traffic management requests as well as making bookings with cost checks against each project.


You will ensure all projects are ready to go in advance of work commencement, liaise with clients, industry stakeholders and internal teams to ensure that any risks to successful delivery are prevented or an appropriate, and timely, solution is achieved.

You should have at least 3 years' experience of working in a planning/scheduling coordination role. Knowledge of the utility industry and NRSWA permits would be advantageous but relevant training will be provided.

It's more important to us that you have an eagerness to learn, can be adaptable, and wish to progress within the planning coordination function of our business.
