Description
The Ocean Partnership have been retained to recruit a Portfolio Guideline Monitoring Specialist for a project.

The team are responsible for creating and managing guidelines documentation as well as coding and testing both regulatory & investment guidelines for our global accounts.


As the Portfolio Guideline Monitoring Specialist you will work closely with portfolio managers, analysts, compliance, risk, and portfolio onboarding teams to deliver precise operational support.

Guidelines:
coding & testing

Creating fund/account guidelines documentation by reviewing IMA, fund prospectuses or client SLAs.
Working closely with Fund Managers, Risk and Compliance to ensure guidelines adhere to client/fund contracts.
Ensuring proper restriction coding is in firm order management systems.
Testing new and existing investment restrictions and ensuring applicable investment guideline updates are implemented in a timely basis.


Experience:

Proven experience within guidelines workflow and/or guidelines documentation experience is required.
Strong understanding of asset classes.
Knowledge of derivatives (futures, swaps, and forwards) needed.
Knowledge of UCITS/ Mutual Funds would be a plus.
