We are partnered with a fellow B-Corp who are on a mission to secure people's financial futures.


With an established UK team, you will support their London office in leading their 20-person Engineering team and while this is a mostly hands-off position, you will need to have extensive technical knowledge with end-to-end software development lifecyclesand to be able to offer hands-on guidance to the team when necessary.


Reporting into the Director of Product you will build solid relationships across the Senior Leadership team to support their growth in 2023.

Skills Required

  • Familiarity with the Microsoft tech stack (C#/.Net)
  • Architecture design and implementation of technical roadmaps
  • Technical Leadership and ability to juggle multiple teams
  • People management including code and performance reviews
  • Experience of building and shaping new platforms, as well as new teams
