Metro Rod South Yorkshire are currently looking to recruit an Administrative Assistant.

Metro Rod South Yorkshire are a national market leader in providing the highest quality drain care and emergency plumbing services.

We operate as a UK network of independently owned, regional franchises, co-ordinated via a central support hub.

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant who is passionate about customer service, self-motivated and driven to contribute to the success of the business.

Duties will include but aren't limited to:

A full range of administration duties as required for the efficient running of the business
Liaise with customers throughout working day with ETA updates, job updates and rescheduling of appointments
Raising new jobs on works management systems
Job closure of domestic and commercial works. Invoicing in a timely manner, can involve chasing engineers for relevant documents
Ordering stock/PPE and stationery.
Data collection on engineers performance and customer service.

What we're looking for:

A positive, proactive, can do attitude and flexible approach to the job.
Experience as an administrative assistant is desirable
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
High level of verbal and written communication skills

Full Time | Mon-Fri 9am-5pm | Permanent Contract (Following 3 months' probation)

Salary:
£22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
