We are looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic and confident individual to complement our established sales team at our busy Shefford Office.


Country Properties is dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients, with a strong presence in the local market, we pride ourselves on our professionalism, integrity, and commitment to achieving outstanding results for both buyers and sellers.


As a Sales Negotiator, you will play a crucial role in our team, facilitating property sales and purchases while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

The role is working Monday to Friday.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Arranging and conducting property viewings and providing detailed information to potential buyers.
  • Managing an applicant base of potential buyers
  • Generating and booking valuations
  • Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers, striving to achieve the best possible outcomes for all parties.
  • Progressing sales through to exchange and completion liaising with solicitors, mortgage brokers, and other relevant parties to ensure smooth and efficient transactions.
  • Keeping uptodate with market trends, property values, and industry regulations Requirements

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in sales, preferably within the property industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • A proactive and resultsoriented approach to work.
  • A Full UK valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
