Job Overview

With over 45 years of experience, System Six Kitchens is a family-run manufacturer and retailer of stylish, bespoke kitchens and bedrooms.

As a Machine Operative, you'll play a crucial role in the efficient and effective production of our kitchen units.

You will be working in fast paced environment, with a core team and may work on several machines during the working week.

Responsibilities

Working on a number of different woodworking machines essential to the production of our units.
Ensuring the quality of what comes off our machines is to a high standard.
Pitching in where required and multi training on different machines to be used for sickness/holiday cover

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills
Positive cando attitude
Teamwork
Basic maths skills
Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
Attention to detail
Machine Working Experience is advantageous but not essential as full training will be given

Rate of Pay:
£9.75, then quarterly pay reviews based on performance, rising to full rate after 12months.
