Role Title

Supply Planning Manager

Hemel Hempstead

To £48,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus

Flexible Working

Role Profile
Lead the Supply Planning Teams at a Category level; linking with the customer Purchasing and QA leads to execute all category supply plans

Lead Category Supply Meetings with customers and the Suppliers to achieve aligned supply, capacity, contingency and commercial objectives

Attend and lead (where appropriate) category constraint meetings with customer Supply Chain, Ops, Marketing, BSI and Suppliers

To manage the Supply Team activities to achieve success in all key performance indicators including in-full, forecast accuracy and financials including stock write-off and transport costs

Collaborate with internal stake holders to support and improve the Supply Chain


Skills & Experience
Supply chain operations and management/coaching experience

Experience of managing an operational end to end supply chain

Industry experience in an FMCG / Retail environment/Food environment

Process driven with evidence of change management and continual improvement

Problem solver, analytical thinker, able to articulate the case and engage people to support to achieve the goal
