AJ Chambers is working with a Regional Law firm located in the heart of Cambridge.

This firm is looking to introduce a Corporate Solicitor to its growing Corporate & Commercial Team in the New Year.

The ideal Solicitor should have a minimum of 2 years practicingin Corporate or Commercial Law.


Main Duties:

  • Manage own Corporate/Commercial matters independently
  • Provide Services in Corporate M&A, Corporate Restructures, EMI Schemes
  • Deal with Joint Ventures and Shareholders' Agreements
