Description
We are currently looking for a receptionist/administrative assistant who has excellent communication, organisational, customer service and time-management skills with a great telephone manner for a busy Welfare Hire Company.
You will need great multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and work to a high level of accuracy.
You will also need an excellent telephone manner with good problem-solving skills.DUTIES
- Greet visitors in an appropriate and professional manner.
- Answering and directing all calls
- Routine scanning, photocopying and filing.
- Processing rental off hire transactions into our rental system.
- Confirming new hire transactions in our rental system.
- Raising charges to customers for damages during rental period.
- Communicating effectively with other colleagues and providing a helpful and friendly point of contact for depot enquiries.
- Dealing with customers professionally and politely, while maximising sales
- Use of Microsoft Applications & Inhouse systems for a very busy Hire Desk.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent administration experience
- Excellent telephone manner with ideally previous reception experience
- Ability to prioritise work and perform under pressure in a busy environment
- High attention to detail and good problemsolving skills
- Must be IT literate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible and adaptable and the ability to work well under pressure.
Salary:
£22,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
