- Apply paint, varnish, stains, and specialist coatings to walls, ceilings, doors, and shared facilities.
- Carry out redecoration and cyclical maintenance programmes in occupied buildings.
- Repair minor surface defects such as cracks, holes, and damaged plasterwork.
- Liaise professionally with tenants, caretakers, and site managers to minimise disruption.
- Relevant experience in painting and decorating—knowledge of different techniques is beneficial.
- Good communication skills to work effectively with various teams.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality finishes.
