About the role:
The purpose of this role is to assist the Senior Payroll Administrator, ensuring high quality service and accuracy to both our clients and team


Key responsibilities also include:

  • Managing the payroll inbox, responding to client queries, and assisting in managing the team's workload
  • Assist with client calls, occasionally meeting and communicating clearly
  • Assist with the onboarding on payroll software and internal systems
  • A working understanding of payroll legislation and knowledge of GDPR
  • Maintaining client databases, information, and GDP policies
  • Printing and preparing payroll reports ensuring correct data is posted
  • Working daily with confidential information

About the person:
This role will be best suited to someone keen to learn, work as part of a busy team and has a process-driven, organised nature

  • Ability to manage a busy, varied workload

Salary:
£22,000.00-£25,500.00 per year
