The Job Role
The role is within Insight Lettings, the Lettings Agency arm of The Insight Group. The most important aspect of this role is that our clients and tenants receive outstanding service.

You will be the main communication point for our clients and the tenants, so you must love talking to people and have fantastic communication skills.

You will be responsible for managing the tenancy of each property, which includes but is not exclusive to: managing property inspections, general maintenance queries, rent chasing, rent increases and keeping our clients and tenants updated on all matters relevant to the property.


Reporting into the Senior Lettings Consultant and working within the established and committed team, this role involves managing 130+ properties on your own but also being part of a growing team.

The right applicant will become a strong member of Insight Lettings, aiding to drive the business forward.

Keys parts of the job are:

  • Daily interaction with landlords & tenants
  • Arranging small/emergency maintenance work
  • Rent reviews
  • Liaising with agents to arrange inspections and tenancy renewals
  • Reviewing monthly statements with clients
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth journey for client and tenant

Qualifications


There are no specific qualifications needed for the role but we are looking for someone with either experience in property lettings or who excels in client service/management.


Remuneration

  • Salary of £23k per annum
  • Health Cover, Gym membership, Sports and social events and company pension are all part of the package

  • Working Hours are 37.5 hours per week, between the opening hours of , Monday to Friday
  • 23 day holiday entitlement each calendar year plus bank holidays
