The Client

My client is one of the top ranked and top performing hospital trusts in the UK employing more than 6,000 staff over our two main hospital sites, Chelsea and Westminster Hospital and West Middlesex University Hospital, and across 12 community-based clinicswithin North West London.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced and energetic individual OT to work within mainly the ED and Medical Rehabilitation services at the West Middlesex Hospital (nearest train stop Syon Lane) to support winter pressures.

The role will require strong discharge planningskills, the ability to work autonomously under pressure, and a sound clinical understanding of falls, cognitive impairment and common pathology as related to frailty syndrome.

Based within the medical rehab team and the downstream wards there will be an expectationto work flexibly between this area and ED as dictated by service needs.

The role would suit either an OT or PT with interest and experience within these areas.
