My specialist MSP are looking for an established 2nd Line Support Analyst to join their growing team and help delivery exemplary service on Client Site providing 2nd Line Infrastructure Support.

My Client are a Global organisation specialising in managed services which are aligned to multiple industries.

As part of a collective, My Client has some huge growth in recent years and see no sign of that stopping.


  • Experience In Technical Support, particularly Microsoft Suite and Server
  • Experience working with external stakeholders/clients
  • Technical Customer Service
  • Dealing with External Customers.
  • Experience working within a Team.
