Job Profile for Project Manager

Project Managerrequired for our client, a well-established electrical, mechanical and plumbing specialist contractors who are now looking for an expereinced Project Manager to join the company and oversee the Electrical Division. They haveworked on a variety of project types including shopping centres, NHS Hospitals, student accomodation and the Athletes Village in the Olympic Park.


Project ManagerPosition Overview
This will be an office-based role, but you will be required to attend site visits throughout the UK.

You will be required to oversee the project life cycle by planning, budgeting, scheduling and tracking of the project plan.

The projects can vary from NHSHospitals to Student Accommodation, so having a good understanding of a variety of commercial projects is required.

Our client has recently just won a large contract so being able to 'hit the ground running' is essential.


Project ManagerPosition Requirements

  • 5 years' exp as a Project Manager
  • Electrically Qualified
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Experience running commercial projects

Project ManagerPosition Remuneration
- £40,000 - £50,000 DOE
- £5K Car Allowance

  • Pension
  • Holiday package
  • Private Medical Care after completion of 6 month probation
  • Full package discussed at interview stage
