Head of Growth – Online Hospitality Booking Platform
Salary:
£80,000 (OTE £150K+)
Location:
London (Hybrid)
Our client, a fast-growing online hospitality booking platform, is seeking an ambitious and commercially-minded Head of Growth to join their leadership team.
This is a high-impact role for a strategic operator who thrives on driving revenue, building commercial models, and taking full accountability for results.
Key ResponsibilitiesDrive revenue growth through lead nurturing, strategic partnerships, and data-driven growth initiatives.
Build and implement robust commercial models to optimise profitability.
Take full P&L accountability, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance.
Lead operational improvements to enhance efficiency and execution across the business.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure growth strategies are implemented successfully.
Candidate Profile
Proven commercial experience with full P&L ownership.
Hands-on operational experience scaling businesses and delivering results.
Strong ability to nurture leads and convert opportunities into revenue.
Analytical, strategic, and data-driven in decision-making.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
Experience in hospitality booking platforms or agencies would be highly desirable.
