The company is now looking for an exceptional HR Manager to take control of one of their regions. Reporting to the UK HR Director, responsibilities will include;
- Working in partnership with key stakeholders at your sites, ensuring HR practices are applied effectively.
- Influence the genuine development of business partnering and collaboration between HR and Line Managers.
- Support managers and providing advice and guidance in the planning and implementation of business change
- Personnel Administration and use of MI to facilitate a proactive focus on areas of risk and solution planning.
- Development of enhanced employee relations policies and procedures.
