About the Role


As the Brand and Events Coordinator for the UK, you will be a key member of our brand team working together to execute and develop our brand and events strategy.

You will be responsible for planning and executing our events within the UK, and be the first point of contact for our brand partners.


You will be managing all our social channels for the UK which includes working closely with our Communities Manager to build a content plan which speaks of our amazing community, events and incredible coffee partner.

Our events vary from soem of the best festivals in the UK to supper clubs at the roastery and you will be working on sourcing some great opportunities for us to get involved in which provide interesting and engaging experiences which are out of the ordinary and align with the Allpress Brand vision.


No two days are the same from pitching up tents at festivals to orgainsing a new coffee launch tasting for our cafe partners.

If your keen to get into brand and events, this role not only offers variety but also the opportunity to gain insight into strategies, budgets and building partnerships.


About you:


  • You are an extremely strong communicator who values collaboration and feedback from all levels of the business, from our cafe's customers to our Global head of brand.
  • You have great organisational skills, with an ability to project manage and problemsolve on an everyday basis.
  • You're able to act immediately, balancing multiple tasks at once.
  • Strong understanding of the importance of Brand. Confidence championing the brand in a way that inspires and motivates others.
  • Driven by results, highly inquisitive with a view to trial different things, but fail fast and rejig your plans if necessary.
  • At least 1 year of experience in an Events, Brand or Marketing role is preferred.
  • No experience in hospitality or coffee is necessary for this role.

Details:
Hours: 5 days per week around 40 hours per week.

Days:
Monday - Friday, hybrid working options available.

Times:
Most of the team work between 9-5 but this can be flexible to work around you.

Probation period: 3 months


Reporting to:
Brand Manager


Salary:
£28,000 - £31,000 depending on experience.
