BAM FM are recruiting a Helpdesk Operator/ Scheduler to join our team based at the university of Chester.
Working Hours are 36.25 per week. 08.00am - 4.15pm or 8.45am - 5.00pm Monday - Friday.

Your mission
- Updating our CAFM & client operating system, ensuring all specific work orders are actioned.
- Attaching all relevant documentation to specific work tasks
- Proactively managing client maintenance services in advance with our nominated contractors.
- Arranging contractor service visits, coordinating with our clients.
- Producing client site log books and all other associated activity.
- Supporting other members on the help desk team as and when required.
- A positive and flexible approach to work
- Must be IT literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
- Prior knowledge of Concept Evolution would be advantageous but not essential
- The ability to work as part of a team
- Able to work on own initiative
- Experience within a customer service based environment
