Working hours: 40 hours (Weekend work is essential)

At Specsavers, our Customer Service Assistants are essential in shaping the beginning of our Customer's journey.

We're looking for someone with experience in customer service and strong communication skills, who is good with people, has an organised approach & a willingness to help - a friendly and professional approach is essential.

You'll make sure every patient receives a great experience from the get go, creating a positive impression at every opportunity, and supporting the customer journey from the initial enquiry through to the collection of their new glasses.
