Description

We are excited to offer a varied and challenging role within our Air Export Team based at our Bradford office.

Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years freight forwarding experience, ideally with customs and customer service experience within an import operations environment.


As one of the UK's fastest growing independent freight companies, our customer focused export team service a broad range of clients, from major global brands through to UK independent exporters.

As part of this team, the main responsibilities of the role include:


  • Customer Service duties for designated air export accounts
  • Processing of quote requests received from clients and partners
  • Commercial pricing and shipment planning
  • Monitoring and updating of airline schedules and post flights
  • Building and submitting of export Customs entry declarations
  • Invoicing and Job Costing of export files
  • Assisting Mapcargo Sales team with implementation of new business
  • Internal office administration duties
